E is for Ear

Last year, for his birthday, Rob received a package of stretchy body parts.  When my mom came to visit, we discovered that she really hated the stretchy ear, and so a new game was discovered.  That stretchy ear has traveled across the country.  It ended up hidden in my mom's luggage, no one knows how and traveled back to Illinois with her.  When she came to visit again, the ear came back with her and was hidden for Rob to find.  Then the ear was mailed to Florida to meet my mom when she visited.  This Spring Break we went to Florida and found the ear waiting for us in the medicine cabinet.  We left it somewhere for my mom to find when she returns but meanwhile, to keep her company in Illinois, we sent her a giant ear.  She's not really sure what to do with it, maybe a chip and dip plate :)

  1. I have never see a giant ear before, I don't know if anyone would know what to do with it other than leaving it in strange places for people to find. lol I am following from blogging A to Z. I just added you on GFC.

  3. Hello....EWWWIE....an ear? You failed to say what the stretchy body parts were made of... and what else was in the original package besides an ear??? Great post. Best regards to you, my friend. Ruby

    1. The body parts are made of rubber. When we first got them, we threw them all at the ceiling, and they stuck :) The package included an ear, a nose, a hand and a foot. My husband is currently gluing the nose to a tree in our yard. Maybe that will become another post this month.

  6. Hah! Fun family pass time! Your mom's a good sport to play along - I think I'd have completely wigged out to find it in my luggage! :-)
