I used to ride bikes, I'd love to again, but I suffer from back and hip pain so I don't know if that is conducive, plus the last time I had a bike it was supposed to be rust resistant...nope! Good photos
My husband and I both suffer from hip and back pain. In fact, I have an artificial hip. Biking is a low-impact exercise, so it is usually ok for hip and back problems.
We are a couple who enjoy finding treasures, being creative, blogging and spending time outdoors.
