April 21, 2011: Day 1 in San Diego

Rob and I were the first of our group to arrive. We were meeting my parents and my sister and her husband. We explored the hotel and the beach whle waiting for them. The hotel was on Mission Bay.

The hotel bar had a huge aquarium. We watched the fish every night. We never got to see the clown fish. She had just laid eggs, but there was no Mr. clown fish to fertilize them. She was depressed and was possibly going to die. She hung in for the weekend.
